Parramatta Mission Apartments

ecodesign recently completed landscape documentation for the renovation of a block of units to be used by the Parramatta Mission as part of their Family Accommodation Project. The project aim to provide affordable accommodation units to the extended families of patients receiving treatment in the Westmead Children’s Hospital. ecodesign worked closely with Stanton Dahl Architects to provide a speedy cost effective resolution.

Beach Street Residential Subdivision

ecodesign was commissioned by the Astoria Group to assist with providing development application documentation for an ecologically sensitive property at Bonny Hills on the Mid North Coast of NSW. We prepared a Landscape Master Plan for the site which was to contain 32 homes and 32 units proposed to be built on land zoned for rural purposes. The site was found to also contain known Koala habitat, Squirrel Glider habitat, a Riparian Zone, Bushfire Risk and remnant vegetation from the Subtropical coastal floodplain forest of the NSW North Coast bioregion - endangered ecological community.
