We overcame these challenges by making planter beds which doubled as seating and by specifying lush shade tolerant plantings.
This development in a prominent Wahroonga street incorporated the retention of several significant trees and the transplanting of a single mature standard weeping cherry. The brief called for extensive plantings to satisfy the Ku Ring Gai Council. We also coordinated the site tree protection measures and the lighting design.
