The concept plan stage allows the exploration of ideas options and potential schemes for the integration of site levels and the organisation of the landscape into functional areas.

 

Initially we look at the base ground principles, balancing cut and fill by locating retaining walls. We then look at the organisation of the paved areas, steps, ramps, garden and turf areas.

We work through your desires and further develop the ideas initially discussed during our consultation. We advise on the potential options available to your site and adjust them to suit your needs and budget.

 

Once the first draft of the drawing has been completed it is issued to you for comment and discussion.
